I have been interested in the Green Smoothies. Have friends that tell me all about their taste and health benefits, and hoe they make them feel. I have had the opportunity to review this book for free. Have to say, it is my first book about green smoothies. As I was reading through it, I did make a few of the recipes and they tasted great. At least I got my servings of veges in for the day.
My goal is to make a green smoothie every day for breakfast or lunch, and see how I feel after a couple weeks.
